The Empire Test Pilots’ School has a long and proud history of training those that redefine the limits of what is possible.

Established in 1943 with the aim to provide suitable trained pilots for aeronautical research and development establishments, the institution was the first of its kind.

ETPS is now run as a joint partnership between the UK Ministry of Defence and QinetiQ at MOD Boscombe Down.

ETPS operates two Avro RJ’s as flying classrooms for Flight Test Engineer students. This pack depicts both airframes as they appeared c2017.
