Description

The C-27J was considered for the RCAF requirement for a replacement to the DHC-5 Buffalo and C-130 Search and Rescue aircraft.

Originally a leading contender, the C-27J eventually lost to the CASA C-295.

This is an artistic impression of what the aircraft might have looked like had it entered service with the RCAF.
