The Eurofighter Typhoon was the result of European cooperation to produce an affordable and effective combat aircraft to fulfil the air defence mission. It has evolved into a highly effective multi-role combatant serving airforces around the world.
Many airforces have paid tribute to their wartime heritage through the adoption of colour schemes worn by aircraft in war, this is a What-If 16 Squadron Royal Air Force adopted such a scheme.
